2025-06-30 13:58:49 +0000 UTCMusic bank all performances have the same camera director, and camera operators. All music shows actually not just music bank. They work about a 14-20hr day for all the pre-recordings to the live show. The difference in Born to be vs Untouchable is 2 fold. One that stage was a live only stage, no set, just LED and no prerecording, it was a one take performance. The amount of people on the stage with the mega crew for B2B, makes the stage smaller, and they can't bring a gimbal cam operator on to film anything. So everything is done with the 3 fixed cameras, the 1 trolly cam on the track, and the 2 jimmy Jib (left and right) plus the one over head cam. Two, the camera cuts are called in real time on the live stage, sometimes the trolly or jimmy jib, both moving cams, can't get back in to position fast enough for the next shot. The jimmy jib, is heavy and needs an operator to swing it into position while operating the camera too. So live stage camera work never can be compared to prerecording which is multiple takes and uses running gimbal cams, and has the benefit of editing. So please keep this in mind and don't compare camera work for live to a pre-recording. If there is NO SET it's a live recording, vs a Set is a pre-recording. I attended every stage you watched in this video. Both the pre-recording and the live show stages. (EDITED)

They can of course change up shots, but for the most part it shows them when and where the focus should be at each part of the song. You may have known that, but I shared it in case you did not.
