It's important to note, because seen I've other people react to this show and get very confused, but this show portrays mental health in a different way than most shows. It's like the illnesses are being portrayed physically and visually for the audience to experience how the person affected by it experiences it, like how Sang-tae see's the world or in most cases with this show how trauma plays out like a horror movie. I thought I'd explain this in case people get confused by some of the imagery in this show. This will explain a lot about the show going forward.
