May (part 1)
Added 2024-06-07 22:44:42 +0000 UTCThe beginning of May started with the trip to Sakhalin and Kunashir Islands. They’re located on the eastern end of Russia, next to Japan. I have never seen such amazing nature: the sea and the ocean are visible almost everywhere, there are many hot springs, pure lakes, sulfuric volcanoes, unusual trees and plants. I liked walking along the seashore and looking for shells, although I didn’t find anything interesting, but my friends found large scallop shells. Most of the walks were cold, but our trip was kinda hiking, so we warmed up while walking and climbing the mountains. We spent there 10 days. I would come back here again.

Wow!!! Those pictures are incredible! I love the mountain lake, and it's so cool seeing those geysers and everything. This is so cool! There's so much awesome nature in the craziest of places, I'm glad you got to see it!
