2024-05-16 16:26:11 +0000 UTCI admittedly don't play the piano myself (though I know someone who does - he was at your show in Göteborg recently and enjoyed it a lot), however I do want to pick up playing the guitar again (I promised myself that if I'd get a pick from André or Marcus, I would take it as a sign to do so, and I got picks from both - thanks again so much! 😊), and I also play a game called Lord of the Rings Online ("LOTRO" for short) which has its own in-game music system - which may not be as sophisticated as the one in Final Fantasy XIV, but has nonetheless inspired a thriving in-game music community, with players adapting their favourite songs and even composing their own, and organising in-game concerts and festivals such as the storied Weatherstock on the Landroval server. And yes, songs by Blind Guardian figure in this as well, so this is another way in which we express love for, and derive joy from, your music that you may or may not have been aware of. Having this sheet music in front of me would help me to arrange/adapt these pieces of your beautiful music for acoustic guitar and/or the LOTR music system, and of course make me very happy.
