Hi Tino, usually i don't like to hear a click, because it's better to perform to the grove of the drums. But there are certain parts, that are not meant to have a grove, like for example some very static, sequenced melos. They just need to be very precise to do their job. Then it's easier for me to perform them, by having a click in the background. Hope that answers your question. :)
