Its the naming convention for winzip - the names of the files contain illegal characters. I got around it by selection the open in dropbox and then Downloading them to my PC

2023-10-23 15:05:57 +0000 UTCSome other people have had this issue too, I'm not sure why. Other users have had success using the 3rd party program WINRAR instead of the Windows built in unzipping/archiving program. Please let me know if this solution works for you
