I promise, there's way more to this chapter than fan grudges... I don't think there are even any references to the film per se besides her obvious similarity to the movie costume.

But I had to go with Madelyne Pryor cause I want to see a new story. Plus based on your description it sounds like there's a devious twist in there that I can't wait to experience...
