Working on the NPC Behavior Tree

We're using AI to...

No, we're not using AI, but it's more complicated than a series of if/else statements.  The plan is to go deep into the NPC behavior tree for part 5 and make it a bit more elegant than it was before.

Each behavior has a weight attached to it.  Various behaviors are available in different NPC states, and the chance for each behavior becomes weight/total.  Still making decisions on the mechanics but once they are set I'll make the full tree public so it's clear what the NPC's can and cannot do at various perversion/resistance levels.
