Work update - "Part 4 construction"

Changes since previous update:
[Part4] During the day `infected unknown` fix
[Part 3+] Disabled the harmony/dominance infestation due to lack of usage
[Part 4] Added random events in Portal Hub. Priest, bureaucrat, politician random event mini plotlines
[Part 1+] “[undefined]” text display at end of page on mute audio fix
Fixed longstanding formatting errors with the infestation display
Fixed all the houses in part 4 to use actions
Added in artwork for the mall, added in artwork for alternate infestation/infection states of locations around part 4
Added in Antari infesting/infecting other Antari on their own in part 4
Fixed some unlabeled passages
Removed harmony/domination for now (it will return, as an actual feature later)
Part 4 black market now unlocked via various levels of global infection/infestation
The bulk of the work is done, I think we're on track for finishing the base portion of part 4 by the end of the month.
It's still not playable due to colored werm production being too convoluted and not well explained, will be fixing this next.
