2.33d (progress update only, very broken)

Going to be afk this weekend. However, I just wanted to throw out what has been done so far. A lot of the code is being converted to Javascript, including the game initialization.
Sections mostly converted over:
- Space ship
- Sex menu
- Infestation menu
- Introduction sequence
- Profile display
- Infestation/Production display
- Birthing
- Brain infestation
- Self Masturbation
- Part 2 variable initialization
- Full mind control sequence
Sections yet to be converted to the new system:
- Space station section
- Part 2 house
- Part 2 peripheral areas
- Part 3 areas
- The mall
