2.3 - Partial plot update

Changes:
- Updated to Sugarcube 2 format (hopefully this fixes some issues with saves?)
- Fixed some bugs
- Added some plot to part 3, its very messy. Will probably update again at the end of this week.

I can't seem to bring the family into chapter 3 if I infest them completely. Also it would be nice if there was an easy option to let someone else breed all of your holes except for the skull f-ing option. That last one should still be marked separate. Otherwise I'm glad to see things progress a little.

2018-05-08 16:46:30 +0000 UTCSorry to be the bearer of bad bugs but: I went ahead and infected myself with starfish and werm straight away on Ch2 for giggles and found that when I got in a catfight the Nurse was fully infected despite me not infecting anyone else yet. Is that correct? It was definitely worth you upgrading to the next format, game flow is much better and the speech box format works great with it too :)
