1.7 + future direction

I'm going to clean up and finish chapter 6, although several passages are going to be time-delayed for reasons beyond my control. In the meantime, another burst of artwork should begin shortly (I ran out of money last month). I'm going to overhaul chapter 2 next, that includes both art and any weird/confusing features in the chapter.
