Added 2016-08-07 07:09:17 +0000 UTCOKAYYYY! Canvas has been difficult to work with, but I think the payoff is going to be worth it. I like the direction it's headed in. Below is a link with a small amount of additional content - the movement, hitbox, and integration with twine appears to be working. At least, it's working with Chrome - I tried it on my computer and Internet Explorer has a problem with canvas as it stands right now. However, that might just be my security settings.

Let me know of any bugs you find. Several which I've already noted are the font being weird and the white box at the start of the house sequence not completely covering the grid behind it. It's a pain in the ass to alter the canvas so if I can fix everything at once that would be ideal.
Just to clarify - the most you can do at this point is have sex with a few of the members of the household. Inhabiting their brains is coming next.
