I heard somewhere that Brian Cranston didn't know that Walt was the one who poisoned Brock and Gilligan told him later, but idk if that's true.

2022-12-23 22:04:35 +0000 UTCI love this episode, and I loooove Gusโ death! Walter using Hector to bait Gus without him even knowing was so good. It was built up throughout the season with Gus frequently visiting Hector, and the show kind of hinted that his hatred for him was his only weakness. Gus was a great villain, though, but that ending reveal that Walt was the one to poison the kid just shows that he is the true problem. Itโs kind of sad to see a guy who was once living a mundane life as a chemistry teacher is now willing to go to such lengths to make sure he โwinsโ. The reveal also gives context to the previous episode when Jesse confronted Walt (and he was completely right in his assumption that it was Walt who poisoned Brock). The way that Walt puts on such a convincing performance that it wasnโt him is unsettling. Heโs absolutely terrible. And yes, season 5 is great.
