They wanted everyone to enter from both sides of the stage. tRump and Penn were going to enter from one side, but the only place for them to wait was in the exit. There was a door, a small area, then the door to the alley. tRump sized up Penn. Look up at Penn, he grumbled, "You're taller than me. That's not right." Penn smiled down at him and said, "And I'm rich too." The show started, Penn turned and walked onto stage.

Steven Levitt likes to have "organic" talks with people he's interviewing. When he was talking to Arnold Schwarzenegger, everything was just fine. The moment the mic was turned on, every question was answered with his latest policy or book regardless of what the question was about.
