On mushroom foraging, yes there are a lot of poisonous look-alike species of mushroom, but eating random greenery can be even more risky. You might like to check out the YouTube channel of Atomic Shrimp. He covers a wide range of topics, but among them are videos about foraging for herbs and mushrooms, and another series deals with skepticism when it comes to internet scams.
