Learning more about them, the higher toll on the environment, the carved out exceptions to "natural," the exorbitant price hike (gouging), and such, I've moved away from it, but the itch is still in the brain to reach for it. That's the power of marketing. "Organic" is more akin to religion than to food. The hard part is trying to convince the spouse.
