PS the ad free is only about 3 minutes shorter so it doesn’t really matter that much.

Or bring a refillable container and fill it up from drinking fountains if you stop somewhere that has one. Otherwise could just switch to drinking warm water and maybe feeling good for helping the environment will outweigh the suffering of drinking warm water.

2018-04-25 00:21:18 +0000 UTCGood episode, btw. The plastic discussion really bothers me. I'm not sure what we do about it - I buy a lot of water in plastic from shops mainly because it's cold. What's my alternative? Any suggestions on strategies for moving off the plastic machine?

It was hard to listen to all the breathing, but you have to give the SGU props for making sure they get the good content out despite technical challenges. It'd be easy for any podcaster to just say 'sorry, nothing this week' and they didn't!
