CRUNCH METHOD RACK
Added 2025-02-06 12:13:24 +0000 UTCAYO, I know a lot of people are interested in this rack I made for my tune 'CRUNCH METHOD' so here it is!
This rack is exactly as it is on my project, no fancy macros or anything, its exactly the original that I used.
If you guys want me to maybe turn this into some other kind of generic rack to make more sounds I can prob do that and add different macros and customization.

You'll need some third party stuff for this one to work as intended:
-MWaveShaper (This one if from Melda and should be free).
-SerumFX
-Multipass
-Serum
-Soothe2
The most important effect here is MWaveShaper so I highly recommend downloading this because it makes for 80% of the final result.
This rack was made with Ableton Suite 11.3.3, any previous version won't load up the rack.

2025-02-18 02:14:27 +0000 UTCthe idea behind this was trying to use a short transient into some kind of reverb (convolver and compressed room) and then distorting with waveshaper to create that kind of tape high end distortion, so I would try (and actually this is exactly what I was doing) a bunch of different short samples and play with convolvers as well. So that short signal gets enhanced by the MWaveShaper. You can also try messing around with the sub distortion to get more or less grit! Let me know if that makes sense
