heyyy, I honestly just use real photos of people, I follow some pages on bluesky and twitter that post spicy things and if i like something i save it for reference, Pinterest is also a good source of some nice poses. I also use a program called Artpose Pro, it's great for doing poses that are more complex and hard to find :)
