My only suggestion would be that she start the video standing up, fully clothed, removing one item of clothing at a time with each question, until we get a full body, full frontal shot. If she wanted to go sit/lay on the bed after that, that would be fine. Actually, I wish that all of the Naked Truth episodes started like that, with the women undressing question-by-question, but standing up. Kind of like a symbolic "stripping away of the layers"... and also it's just sexier.
