August Character Poll Suggestions

As usual you can suggest a character for the popular character and one niche character for the body swap art polls, either on the Discord or in the comments of this post.
I'll also be opening the Tier 3 Bonus Poll Suggestions at the same time, a link to that post can be found here
Also just for the sake of clarification, since I've been asked what counts as 'niche'. For the sake of these polls 'niche' can mean generally unpopular or just under represented in TSF content.
