October 31st Change Log:
- Improved and reworked various fire particle colors, intensities and appearances. Fires and explosions now burn brighter and feel warmer
- Added campfire shadows for peds and props. Additionally reworked campfire smoke lighting
- Improved and reworked weapon muzzle fire effects to appear brighter and more intense
- Reworked weapon muzzle smoke effects to last longer and appear more visible. Muzzle smoke is now affected properly by nearby lighting
- Improved and reworked bullet water particle effects when shooting into water
- Added water physics for bullets on ocean water. Only available in the Single Player package
- Added water physics for Helicopter Rotor Downwash on ocean water. Only available in the Single Player package
- Added new high-quality textures around the entire Marlowe Vineyards area
- Improved various billboards textures around the entire map. Part of the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
- Improved performance for various particle effects
- Fixed ambient occlusion inside Franklin's Vinewood Hills house
- Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

2023-12-05 10:25:46 +0000 UTCYes, I've tried sleeping at the safehouses with all 3 characters. I even started a new game and disabled my scripts to see if maybe there was a conflict with one of them. I enabled the Real Time option in the Simple Trainer as you suggested in the Readme website (I tried disabling that option as well). I don't have any other graphics or weather mods apart from yours (I'm also using a few add-ons from your mod like performance booster and brighter lights). I think I've tried everything but the weather always stays the same.

It never rains. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need a separate mod that I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated!
