February 1st Change Log:
- Updated and added the 'Darker Nights' optional add-on back to the Single Player and FiveM packages
- Further reduced color noise on vehicle textures such as the Cheetah Classic among other vehicles
- Added nitrous effect for the 'Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech' vehicle in Single Player. You must have EMS upgraded to Level 4 and enable Turbo Tuning in Los Santos Customs in order to use nitrous
- Updated the altV and RageMP packages to support the newest game version
- Increased the intensity of emergency lights in the altV and RageMP packages
- Fixed an issue where the game crashed when using the EMP launcher
January 31st Change Log:
- Reworked overall visuals and each individual weather. This should address various issues ranging from overexposed interiors to sirens not being bright enough during sunset.
- Added a new Thunder weather with improved lightning effects
- Added new Cloudy and Clearing weathers to the stock packages which use vanilla clouds
- Improved lighting, fog and sky colors in Extrasunny, Clear, Smog, Foggy, Overcast, Rain and Halloween weathers
- Improved lighting inside various common story mode interiors such as 24/7, Herr Kutz Barber, Binco, Ammu-Nation and many more. Additionally fixed an issue where vehicles and other objects would become overly reflective when exiting some of these interiors
- Expanded physical game budget multipliers to increased stable values in order to greatly reduce pop-in around the map in Single Player
- Added new vehicle backfire and nitrous effects. Added a feature to Single Player that allows players to add nitrous to most stock Super and Sports vehicles, as well as a small selection of Muscle vehicles and to each custom vehicle included as an optional add-on within the NVE mod package. You must have EMS upgraded to Level 4 and enable Turbo Tuning in Los Santos Customs on your vehicle in order to use nitrous. Nitrous boost controls are X on keyboard and R1 on the gamepad. We will enable this for more vehicles in future updates
- Enabled shadows for over 1000+ particle effects. Works for debris, smoke, dust, mud, water and other types of particles. Certain particle shadows were kept disabled for optimization purposes
- Improved various fire effects. Fire will now cast light, burn for a longer period of time, as well as emit more ash and embers. Additionally improved the color of most fire effects
- Added a lens effect when vehicles drive through river or ocean water. This effect was done natively using the game engine
- Added a lens effect when water bursts from a broken fire hydrant. This effect was done natively using the game engine
- Added a rolling coal effect to compatible pick-up trucks such as the Vapid Guardian. Additionally added a less intense version of this effect to big rig trucks
- Reworked the color of signal flares to appear more realistic
- Reworked all Pine and Cedar tree models with various fixes and performance improvements
- Increased the brightness of muzzle flash effects for most weapons
- Retextured dozens of billboards and a few road signs around Los Santos and Blaine County for the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
- Added the 'Snowy Mount Chiliad' optional add-on to the main packages for Gold Supporters
- Removed the NVE.dllplugin script and reworked it to NVE.asi instead
- Adjusted coronas on various runway lights for better distant visibility
- Adjusted the size of the laser lights located in Downtown Los Santos and at the Maze Bank Arena
- Implemented various fixes at Vespucci Beach regarding collision and transition between wet and dry surface
- Reduced noise on the vehicle underbody texture
- Fixed an issue with parallax interiors around Grove Street which previously caused clipping during the mission "The Long Stretch"
- Fixed an issue with parallax road normals around Koreatown
- Fixed various issues with the RageMP and altV packages
- Misc. bug fixes and tweaks
Known Issues:
- Neutral and Snowlight weathers are disabled in Single Player. These will be re-enabled as soon as we finish our weather patch
- Olive tree model is unoptimized and has broken collision. This will be reworked very soon

2023-02-05 22:55:00 +0000 UTCDepends on what you prefer to be honest. Higher resolution will always look better but take more performance away. Personally I have a 1440p ultrawide monitor, so I play in 3440x1440 resolution.
