December 15th Change Log:

Updated several files in each package to add compatibility with the latest title update
Implemented further fixes for artifacting in weathers
Fixed volumetric clouds disappearing during screen kill and special ability effects
Added a new optional add-on for the FiveM package called "Reduce Snowflakes Intensity" which allows players to reduce the intensity of snowflake particles in Snow, Snowlight and Xmas weathers
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

December 3rd Change Log:

Reworked the NVE.asi and NVE.dllplugin scripts. Menu will only display if Volumetric Clouds are installed as well. Menu opens with the CTRL+H key combination now. Will be further improved in future updates
Moved new reflection improvements and patches to an Optional Add-On labeled "High-Quality Reflections (Heavy)" due to performance impact on certain video cards
Fixed an issue with the "Brighter Emergency Lights + Performance Boost" add-on not working in Single Player
Fixed an issue with the "Realistic License Plates" add-on not working in FiveM
Fixed an issue with artifacting in the "Foggy_Deep" Weather Override add-on in FiveM
Fixed crashing issues with NVE.asi caused by folder permissions
Disabled volumetric clouds in the altV package

December 2nd Change Log:

Patched glass and vehicle reflections to render all SLODs and nearby LODs properly, as well as increasing the range and doubling the reflection render resolution for a clearer image. This will be further improved in future updates
Reworked Snow, SnowLight, Blizzard and Xmas weathers for a more realistic winter atmosphere
Increased size variation and intensity of snowflake particles. Additionally snowflakes now fall slower in Snow, SnowLight and Xmas weathers
Patched the weather memory limit and added two brand new weathers called "Foggy_Deep" and "Hurricane" to the Single Player package. Additionally created new mist emitters for Hurricane weather
Created a new optional add-on for FiveM called "Weather Override" which allows players to replace "Foggy" weather with "Foggy_Deep" and "Thunder" with "Hurricane" weather
Added script code to apply wind force to various props and vehicles during Hurricane weather in Single Player. Additionally causes random short blackouts during Hurricane weather
Added a script to allow players to swap to the new "Foggy_Deep" and "Hurricane" weathers, as well as easily modify volumetric clouds settings. Script interface opens by pressing SHIFT+H key combination. Expect more options to be added in future updates
Modified the NVE.dllplugin script to include new code, as well as code from previously made scripts. Removed outdated .ASI scripts from packages
Retextured and added over 70 new road signs around the map and 30 billboards around South Los Santos for the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
Added volumetric clouds to the altV package along with the updated "Clearing" and "Cloudy" weathers
Added parallax roads for Rancho and El Burro Heights from the September 2022 update to the main package for Gold Supporters
Optimized volumetric lights at the Ron gas station in South Los Santos
Added animated bus ads to the bus stop located near Vinewood Boulevard in Single Player
Optimized burnout smoke particle effects for a large FPS boost
Improved lighting inside various interiors such as Vanilla Unicorn, Bahama Mamas and more
Fixed an issue with the vehicle underbody missing texture parts
Fixed an issue with street lights randomly flickering during night time in Single Player
Fixed several issues with parallax roads around the map
Fixed various broken LOD lights around Los Santos
Fixed an issue with LOD textures around Del Perro pier
Fixed an issue with random sky artifacting in all weathers
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

Known Issues:

Temporarily disabled "Neutral" and "SnowLight" weathers in Single Player. This issue will be sorted out in a hotfix later this month.
Props such as road signs and light poles cannot be broken properly with vehicles during 'Hurricane' weather in Single Player. This is an issue with Scripthook itself.

Lately when I’ve been using nve it’s been making me crash out. I installed and tested to see if it was actually it. With the mods on, i can stay in the server i play in for about 10min the crash. With them off, I’ve been in for an hour now. Maybe im wrong idk, just making you aware.

You have them installed in your FiveM mods folder? If so then did you make sure you don't have two different copies of FiveM installed and that you're loading into the server with the correct copy?

hey @Razed, so in the latest public version of natural vision evolved, when i try to uninstall it, i think it's not uninstalling all the way, because my gta 5 works fine before i install it, and then when i install NVE it works fine too :) but when i uninstall it, it makes my game crash when i try to start gta 5. and yes i have did the NVE uninstaller as well as the optional add on uninstallers, (i've uninstalled NVE multiple times in the past :) ) so is there any tips you have to help? or what i can do to get it to uninstall properly or do you think maybe the uninstaller isn't working right? thanks for everything you do! your mods are awesome B)

I keep getting an error when trying to launch FiveM due to the NVE.asi file, I remove it and the game launches fine any way to keep that file? Or am I Doing somethign wrong?

It's an ENB bug related to AMD video cards. You can wait for the next NVE update which comes later this month. This update will make it so you can remove ENB and still get nice visuals.

Hello razed, recently installed new update for the fivem version but when I load into a server it gets passed loading but then crashes with a directx error(device_, tried updating directx drivers but I still have the same issue. When I remove d3d11 and d3dconpiler it works perfectly fine, would you have any suggestions on getting it to work without deleting those files as I really love your NVE

Hey Razed, I’m using GTA V version 2245 with Luke Ross’s VR mod. When installing the latest NVE it crashes during loading story. I found an old version from last year (about March I think) on my pc. I tried that one and it worked. Would be great to have the latest version working tho. Any ideas?

I don’t know how to send you a video but many of the hairstyles and facial hair options have something weird to them For example the full spartan facial hair for Franklin loos unrealistic and the van dyke facial hair looks unrealistic also For hairstyles, Franklin fade haircuts etc you can see bits of the hair disappearing on the edges of his head when you move the camera Also the mustache and the handlebar facial hair for Trevor has little hair to it

I have a problem with the Story Mode hair cuts. I love the improved textures, but there is one problem With franklins hair you extended the hair density or something, which can cause problems like hair clipping through the hair, or giving Franklin a couple of bald spots, or just making the hair look good I recommend to change the “fur” density back to its normal state, but keep the updated textures

It's an issue with ENB and AMD cards not being fully compatible. Remove d3d11.dll from your GTAV folder or downgrade your graphics drivers.

The image from a distance is certainly beautiful, but if you are close to it, the shadow within a 2M radius of your character will be beautiful and the rest will be blurred. Is this the specification?

Make sure you enable MSAA in GTAV graphics settings. That should fix the white lights turning yellow. Additionally make sure you do a clean install of your FiveM mods folder. Delete old files before installing new ones.

I am getting major pop-in, buildings are disappearing, the map will disappear at random as well. It may have been the parallax roads but I am unsure. Will troubleshoot some more. It is absolutely gorgeous overall but a few bugs for me!

Does it happen on any other servers? It's from animated lights pool size being reached in FiveM. Can happen if the server has a lot of animated stuff and then you add ours on top of it.

Lately when I’ve been using nve it’s been making me crash out. I installed and tested to see if it was actually it. With the mods on, i can stay in the server i play in for about 10min the crash. With them off, I’ve been in for an hour now. Maybe im wrong idk, just making you aware.

You have them installed in your FiveM mods folder? If so then did you make sure you don't have two different copies of FiveM installed and that you're loading into the server with the correct copy?

Use TXAA or FXAA along with MSAA 2x to help reduce sharpness on aliasing.

Thanks for reporting this bug. I have fixed it but need to re-upload the packages. Check back in 12 hours from this message and download the mod again.

Try deleting all ENB files and folders, then reinstall them from the mod

I keep getting an error when trying to launch FiveM due to the NVE.asi file, I remove it and the game launches fine any way to keep that file? Or am I Doing somethign wrong?

It's an ENB bug related to AMD video cards. You can wait for the next NVE update which comes later this month. This update will make it so you can remove ENB and still get nice visuals.

It's not possible due to so many differences between old and new game versions. My mods only work with the newest game version.

They are still part of the pack but I can't recall if we ever had them inside Franklin's home. We have stuff around Portola Drive and Legion Square.

Ok so I have the Christmas pack installed but I only have the trees and stuff inside franklin’s house are the Santa’s and snowmen etc not part of the pack any longer?

yo make sure to lunch the game with the RPH-ENB.launcher from your game directory otherwise you game will crash cause rage try to launch at the same time as enb

For some reason NVE won't let me load my game with lspdfr. Game just crashes when clicking play on steam

It's an issue with ENB and AMD cards not being fully compatible. Remove d3d11.dll from your GTAV folder or downgrade your graphics drivers.

Try radiance V with the Normal option and let me know what you think ;)

Sounds more like a corrupt file issue. The uninstaller OIV only replaces modded files with vanilla files.

kept crashing so I uninstalled NVE and it wiped every line of text in my mods update folder files. gameconfig, dlcllist ect.

You must wait for Scripthook to update.

I updated it on December 15th which launches just fine. Make sure you have it downloaded. If you're playing in single player then be sure to install the latest gameconfig add-on.
