this is bsl. With some shader settings. I recommend turning on the directional lightmap. Also, parralax is not on all textures. Better to do more ctm, it seems to me.

what shaders did you use to get that result? I have tried a few but have been unable to recreate it. I'm having particular trouble getting parallax to work.
