How did you find this page?
Added 2020-05-04 20:35:32 +0000 UTCHey!
Some of you might have noticed that some size videos have disappeared on phub recently due to getting DMCA claims from a company called DMCA Force. I'm not sure if any of these claims are legitimate, but I do know a lot of creators (including me) have had videos taken down, which most definitely were not infringing on any copyrights.
I'm posting this mainly to see if I should bother with counter claims on the platform or not.
So, how did you end up finding your way here? Or if you came here through my blog/subscribestar, how did you bump into that? Basically, what set you on the path here is more relevant.
Poll is for patrons only, since I'm not sure if I'm even allowed to mention adult websites in public posts here these days.
Sorry for recreating this, but I forgot a couple potentially big options! I left it as multichoice this time since I figured some might have been introduced it through multiple places. But in general, try to choose only one option if you can.

Thanks for the replies everyone! It does seem like pornhub is heavily represented compared to others, so I might need to do something about this, considering another of my videos just got removed. I assume they'll all slowly get removed as they go through the process, if I don't do anything. I'm also a bit worried they'll just delete the account entirely after enough "hits".

2020-05-05 22:59:24 +0000 UTCye I found you on ph too with some of your older videos. Hell I even went as far to watch it a ton of times. I think I first found you like maybe 2 years ago or so.

2020-05-05 15:40:01 +0000 UTCI’ve known about you for years. I think the first video I saw from you was that Miku POV video. I checked out a few of your other videos and was an instant fan. I was scared that you were gone for good during the years you’ve been inactive. Thankfully, I saw “Mia swallows her shrunken friend” posted on Giantesscity and was relieved to know that you’ve come back better than ever. Once you announced that you had a Patreon account, the rest was history.
2020-05-05 00:26:09 +0000 UTCI found one of your earlier animations (blonde something something) years ago on... I think Dailymotion? You were on my radar ever since.

2020-05-04 22:17:15 +0000 UTCI looked up DMC Force and it looks like a third party provider who lets people claim ownership of certain things and they scan the internet for stuff. If this is the same group who got Wiking flagged then I think you should work with them and dispute this to Pornhub.

2020-05-04 21:38:21 +0000 UTCJust to note, I do not use RPG maker DLC music packs in the unity version or my videos. I only used them in the RPG maker version, where they were intended to be used. In the unity version I use royalty free stuff from audioblocks and some other sites, and music from the unity store. Unity store music is obviously not used in any of my videos, except the recordings of the game of course.

2020-05-04 21:25:29 +0000 UTCIt's a tricky situation where you have to guess if they are legit or trolling for ad cash. If legit, it's not the models as I know you've rigged and textured those yourself. You use some RPG Maker DLC music packs and I know that recently some of the composers have changed their TOS to exclude adult content, so that could be what it is about. Hard to know with out talking to PornHub or whoever DMCA Force is. If they are a troll, they'll just try to extort you. If legit, who knows. Best advice would be to see what stock or DLC assets you are using and see if their TOS changed at some point.

2020-05-04 20:52:34 +0000 UTCI think someone on cakeinfernos patreon mentioned you, and when I found your blog you had done the Ada animation/game-thing :)

2020-05-04 20:49:41 +0000 UTCI've of course been in contact with their support regarding the matter. Not that they've answered. But yeah, contesting it isn't exactly ideal due to privacy concerns. I really can't trust giving personal info away to a company that sends out mass DMCA claims.

2020-05-04 20:48:18 +0000 UTCUp to you to contest, but I think doing so will at least alert PHub that this "company" demanding the takedowns is trolling and should be stomped on.
