Pokemon Illustration Contest 2024
Added 2024-06-16 18:00:06 +0000 UTCMy entry for this year's Pokemon TCG Illustration contest! The theme for the contest was 'magical moments with Pokemon', and since Bidoof was everyone's resident HM user in Sinnoh I thought it would be fun for it to be able to experience the one HM it could never use - Fly! My entry didn't make it into the quarterfinalist round - even putting aside the quality of the piece I do think it was pretty risky putting so much emphasis on Staraptor - but I thought it would be a fun idea to draw so I wanted to try it. Judging for this year lasted much longer than usual, so I imagine in just a few months I'll get a chance to try again!
