Patreon revision + Feedback on suggestions
Added 2021-06-17 19:05:59 +0000 UTCHello hello! I wanted to let everyone know that I've finally gone through and made some revisions to my Patreon, including going over the suggestions on what you guys would like to see going forward. I'm going to quickly go over it all in this post, read along if you're interested!
Tier Revisions + New Tiers
First off, there are 4 tier levels now!
- Otter Pup ($1) now functions exclusively as a tip jar + your name listed in each month's thank you image. For more information, please check the Otter Pup most made earlier.
- Sea Otter ($3) is one of the new tiers, which will give early access to finished art+select sketches along with your name listed in each month's thank you image. This tier does not have access to comic/projects WIPs or the Suggestion Box.
- The $5 tier is largely the same as it has been, except it's name has been changed to River Otter tier! Honestly, it just felt right to use the lil Elijah banner for it.
- Taggerung ($10) is the highest level tier which comes with all of the perks of the lower tiers, but adds full resolution artwork for select pieces, voting in polls to select new comics and content, and your name in gold in the monthly thank you image!
Your Suggestions!
A little while back I asked what kind of things you would like to see from my page and got some feedback, so I wanted to quickly address those ideas.
Sketch Requests: This one got mentioned twice - to be completely honest I don't think I could do monthly sketch requests at this point without getting a bit overwhelmed, but I do think some kind of seasonal requests here and there might be fun! I'm still not entirely sure how I want to implement it but I think that's something you can expect sometime in the future.
Time lapses: Currently a new stretch goal!
Art streams: Something I'll keep in mind - streaming some comic pages here and there could be interesting - but streaming is something I'm absolutely not familiar with so I'd have to figure out the logistics to do so.
That wraps things up for this update. If you have any questions, suggestions or concerns I'd love to hear from you!
