2022-06-04 11:40:28 +0000 UTCi, as a beta-male, should like to give thanks to FSU for the much needed reeducation. i work as a lowly receptionist in a non-profit agency where the majority of the staff are predominately Female. Most of management is Female, including the Executive Director, the Executive Director of Programming, the Finance Director and my Supervisor. i alway show proper respect for every Female. i treat all Female staff as the Authority. i ask if there is anything i may do to help to make their day easier whether it's faxing, photocopying, scanning, or bringing office supplies to them. When office supplies are requested i always order the needed items immediately. When an item is out of stock, i notify the Authority without delay. i always ask if i should find the nearest equivalent. When the required supplies are ordered, i notify the Authority with an email confirmation so they know their supplies have been ordered and expected delivery date.

2022-01-10 17:39:51 +0000 UTCI have had two female bosses in my career. I wasn't under them long. One left for a better opportunity and the other because of a reorg. I was so excited and worked double hard to support their success and status in the company, I was carrying a vacuum, to clean my office. I had a female manager that I didn't work for ask if I would vacuum Her's I think it shocked when I said yes, because she just blinked a me and walked off. I wish she would have let me do it. I wonder what it is like working for a female led company were female supremacy is part of the corporate culture?
