The setting is the dark woods again but she's got a healthy glow from the little innocuous device sitting in front of her. Scully should have a happy yet strained look on her face as her milk pressure is growing rapidly. (Nipples on the verge of letting down the milk.)

Someone found out and decided to teach her a lesson by putting an enormous amount of growth hormone in a sandwich that Katie eats one day. This causes her to expand to room size, giantess-like, her breasts bigger than size 21 tore open her blouse and her overstretched bra is about to snap. With her breasts oozing all over the room, moving the table and chairs out of the way, her head is hitting the ceiling with a struggling grimace on her face and her shoulder length hair is flung wildly about. Her butt and thighs in thigh-high stockings, larger than size 16 hitting the wall behind her, making the room really cramped. Lesson learned if she can get out of the room. All can be seen from the side/front angle
