WIPs for Joxer's Commission
Added 2021-04-29 22:01:00 +0000 UTCI was given creative freedom by Joxer to draw his character (Knoxer) however I wanted! I came up with this idea of him showing off while hanging from some power lines, unfortunately causing a blackout in the neighbourhood behind him. As you can probably tell by his markings, he has electrical powers/immunity. :3
Also, this commission has a thumbnail WIP! They're pretty rare for commissions since I'm usually given something specific to draw, but since I was given creative freedom for this one, I wanted to clear the idea with Joxer first before proceeding further. ^^
