We are reaching the final stretch of developement, so its mainly just new content at this point. Locations may only be accessed via story order in this build, however there is a shortcut to the Garden via the Cheat Menu at start of game. You will not be able to completely max out Lily's affection by just skipping there, but it will not impact the sexy scene.
