100 Years ago,

The childbirth rate is down to rock bottom.

Humanity's extinction is on the horizon.

Is a long story for the reasons causing that.

For some reason women menstrual cycle is completely messed up and become unpredictable, and the chance of pregnancy is extremely low.

The government releases a new laws to boost the declining birth rate, and it works even til today.

"Birth responsibility"

"If the chance of pregnancy is low, then 'create a chance'!"

Ordered by the government.

Every person has the responsibility to boost the birthrate.

Especially women, we need to take all chance to give birth to baby.

Is a long policy, I just make it simple.

If we are asked by a men for s**, then we will need to give him.

Unless...

Just we are in period or sick.

This is what is called "creating opportunities"

Simple enough? :/

But a we will be greatly rewarded by the government if we give a childbirth.

I heard that a women who give a birth of a child is given a huge bonus and the bonus is enough for half of our life.

And the government will take full responsibility of the child.

That's not that... bad?

As for men, I don't know, they seems don't get anything.

Ha :/

I don't think the girls in my generation will reject it.

However not many of us will proactively seek boys.

Because seems they will come and ask us for a s** from time to time.

There is not much difference for us anyways.

And everyone is used to boys taking the lead.

We seems don't need to put effort on it, if it comes, it will come.

It is just natural for us to do so.

As for schools, because of the policy, besides of teaching us knowledges, schools are required to provide the education about the "Birth responsibility", as well as letting students to learn how to put it in practice.

It also protecting the "Immature" students.

My school isn't special, also doing that.

"Immature", difined by our government, is a term to describe people who still haven't physicaly or mentally ready for it, gender does not matter.

They can only get sex-ed and learn some theoretical knowledge about it.

The law prohibit anyone to do any sex-related move with them.

Anyone who found out violated with these "immature" students will be sentenced by the court and get punished hard.

Their schools will give them badges to show everyone that they are "Immature", and this makes no one can approach them.

And they will take away the badge once the students reach their age.

In other words, "Immature" are being "protected" by their school.

Once they reach their age, the "protection" will be gone and they will be allow to do stuff anywhere anytime.

Usually people will start doing it and lose their virginity on their "first birthday".

Famous girls usually will start become occupied and busy.

At least, it is what I see.

I am Nishikawa Asana, a normal year one school girl.

There is no special on me.

I am still a "Immature" student.

I learn a lot of knowledge at schools.

I am good at Math, but bad at linguistics.

People say usually girls are reverse, I don't know why I am like that.

Maybe because I tend to not talk a lot?

But actually not because I don't like talking with others, I just don't know what to say to them most of the time.

So usually just a few people will come and talk to me.

But is good, this proves me I am not that famous, right?

So I can have more free time when I become "Mature".

As a "Immature" student, I am quite free at school, but not completely.

Our schools require us to be on-duty and help keep the order of some schools activities and sessions.

Today I am assigned to be on duty to "childbirth session" of my senpais' class.

My duty is to stay in the session and keep things goes in order.

"Childbirth session" - No matter the year of the class, once a class eventually got enough boys and girls losing their "Immature" status, that class will start having a "childbirth session" everyday.

Two girls and two boys in that class will be assigned and sent to the session everyday, usually taking turns.

But boys who is not assigned or from the other classess can also join the session freely.

All assigned students must take attendance.

Until time is up or all boys in the session have finished and leave the room, those two girls must stay inside and assist the boys finish the process.

Boys who joined is not allowed to leave without finishing into the girls for at least once.

Our teacher said it is for maximizing the chance of pragnancy.

But in real case usually girls is pretty much just staying in position, we don't need to do anything special, we can even do our own stuff if we want.

We eventually done our part once the boys finish.

Quite convenient. :/

Since I am a "Immature" duty student today.

I am sitting at the front of the classroom facing the opposite direction, watching the full classroom.

"By assisting and watching senpais' "childbirth session", it can help "Immature" students experience something to make us be more prepared for what should they do in the future."

This is what they said to us.

I really doubt about that though.

Actually, I don't feel much different.

Every time it looks the same.

Basically we are just doing what we do normally in school.

Whats' the difference between doing it in a small room?

Girls just sit and wait things finished, that's what I concluded.

It is quite boring to be real.

It is at least 10 minutes before the session start.

But some of my senpais already came.

Sawai senpai arrived quite early, I helped her take the attendance. And she went to her desk.

And the male senpais lining behind her start to do their work on her.

It is another usual normal session.

For now, basically i don't have much to do, so I get out my homework.

I believe I can still handle my duty well.

Basicaly before they finish I just need to guard senpai's clothes.

Rumors says someone will steal it.

My other senpai haven't come.

Who is she?

Oh, Takase senpai.

She just losses her "Immature" status not long ago.
