When he looks at you dumbfounded, tell him you just described Anarcho-Capitalism to him. The car's objective is to consume as much gasoline and road-miles as possible (analogous to making money), without maintenance (regulations) it will fall apart and/or kill people before it reaches its objective. I mean, that's probably not the best analogy, but I'm sure it will get your juices flowing. In reality though, you need to meet them where they are and come up with ways to entice them further to your side, start with common-ground, don't try to 'fight' them, it will create an oppositional stance

Loves Milton Friedman. I tried to argue that hes just holding the door open to Nazis and corporatism, but he keeps saying "its the best system we have". Pretty frustrating its like talking to a wall who got a shitload of money from his rich mom to start a restaurant.

Both of them have shit opinions about a lot of stuff, but they seem to be at least somewhat open to different ideas (esp. Blaire) and they're pretty mainstream. They both have a huge following of apolitical people that could be interested in what you have to say since no one sane could mistake you for a sjw. It might make us leftists feel good about ourselves vicariously if you shit on them, but it's completely useless other than that.
