Patreon Status Update

If you saw on Twitter, I said I would be making an announcement here. So, here we go:
After some consideration and a review of things happening to other creators, I am seeing a trend of Patreon weeding out smaller creators through arbitrary removal and stamping down on NSFW artists.

Posts that have existed for quite some time are being targeted retroactively, as well as uneven ruling over posts that ARE following TOS guidelines. This platform appears not to actually seek to preserve the rights of its creators, as they are likely bending the knee to payment processors who seek to censor anything they find unsavory, on a whim.

I no longer wish to work with a platform that actively removes artists, forcing them to censor their art or making more work for them, just to share with members. I don't know if this is an issue larger creators face, but I am no longer willing to stay with such a platform that bows to the whims of payment processors and draconian guidelines that are not being applied fairly.

If Patreon wants to limit adult-oriented artists, then fine, but I won't sit and have my work be retroactively targeted based on a whim. The only options they give me are to censor or force everyone to pay to see it, which doesn't feel fair to me.

I will be moving all of my NSFW works over to SubscribeStar, including Paid Tier WIPs, projects, and updates. Over there, I am free to distribute my art without issue.
I may continue to share SFW works here on occasion; however, my main focus will be on SubscribeStar.

I understand I haven't been posting as much as expected. I'm hoping to get a more regular schedule going. I understand it's annoying, but if you'd please consider moving your support to SubscribeStar, I would be most appreciative.
I will be closing the Paid Tier memberships at the end of the month, so that folks who paid for access will continue to have access until then. After that, it will be closed for everyone.
If you choose to continue supporting on the Tip Jat tier, I am appreciative, but still insist on your moving to SubscribeStar.
It's annoying to make changes like this, but I can't stay on this platform unless some very big changes are made to accommodate ALL artists here.
