Really appreciate you taking on that topic. It's a really tough nut and one that's very much tied to your work no less... One note for the future: Would please consider keeping your hands off the zoom during interviews? It *really* distracts from the interviewee. You don't do that during your own segments to camera either and they are better for it :)
