Case 216: The Itzkovitz Family

Eliahu Itzkovitz spent much of his childhood confined behind the walls of Romania’s Chișinău Ghetto – a place where he and other Romanian Jews were held prisoner by their government. The ghetto’s inhabitants were routinely robbed, beaten, raped, and even killed by guards, police, and civilians emboldened by the country’s anti-Semitic leaders.

This was Patreon Picks #13, released in November 2021. It is not new content, it is the same episode, but as Patreon picks episodes are now going to be released on the main feed months after their initial Patreon release, we had to repost it so that all episodes can keep the same numbering on the main feed and the Patreon feed.
