Regarding Jayna Murray - is there an update since Brittany Norwood’s appeal was denied? I devoured The Yoga Store Murder by Dan Morse - his research on extent of Brittany’s deception was truly chilling. Truly Criminal also did an excellent piece on the case. Re: comment above it is striking that witnesses in Apple store talked themselves out of calling police because they couldn’t imagine a violent crime in their affluent community.

I was so struck by the cari Farver case that I read A Tangled Web referenced as source material in the episode. With 40,000 texts and emails how did you decide what to include and what could be left out?

Your instagram says case 216 is out but it's not :(

I hope this is not too late! regarding the forgotten cannibal case - and I guess older cases in general - how is researching them different from researching fresh ones? I'm assuming most of what we know about older cases comes from newspapers and books, whereas in more recent cases like Bernd Brandes one can contact law enforcement and people involved as well?

For the Cari Farver case: I have heard much about this case in the US. It always seemed to me that the police were suspicious of Liz and were looking in to her way sooner than they let on…did you find this to be true in your research?

Ashley DeMeyere

Jayna Murray: not a question just a statement! I cannot believe that the staff of the Apple store heard all of that noise and didn’t call the police, I found it so shocking that it was brushed off as ‘probably someone getting bad news’. Perhaps I’m dramatic but I would be calling the police pronto if it were me overhearing that go down.

Has there been a case the Casefile team has covered which has stuck with you well past the airing of the podcast? For me, it would be the Peter Nielsen case.

Cari Farver question: It seemed to me like it was left until way too late in the investigation to start questioning whether Cari left voluntarily, or whether she was truly the stalker. Do the Casefile team think something was missed in the investigation, that caused this delay?
