If you could only read one book, watch one movie and listen to one song for the rest of your lives what would it be? Also Congrats on getting 100 cases done!

2018-11-20 03:58:00 +0000 UTCCasey, you mentioned in the typed AMA you go for a run after working on tough cases. Are you a distance runner? If so, what is your preferred distance? Mine is half-marathon.

2018-11-20 03:02:20 +0000 UTCHey Casey, As you don’t listen to other true crime podcasts, what inspired you to create casefile? Have you always had an interest in true crime or was it something you saw a gap for in the podcast world? I’m a big fan, I’ve been listening since around snowtown! Keep up the great work team!

2018-11-20 02:37:56 +0000 UTCAlso, I know you’re Anonymous but if you could be famous for anything, what would it be?

2018-11-20 02:36:56 +0000 UTCHi Team! These questions are for all of you. 1. Which celebrity living or dead would you love to have dinner and drinks with? 2. Where in the world would you like to have said meet-up? And 3. What meal and drink would you order?? Thanks for the AMA!!

2018-11-20 02:21:14 +0000 UTCThanks for the podcasts, great research by the team and well hosted by Casey. Have you heard of the Wonnangatta murders? Occurred in the Victorian high country, around 1917. Still unsolved. I've been up to the valley where the old house stood - the middle of nowhere! Mysterious case that one. Cheers.

2018-11-20 02:17:13 +0000 UTCHi guys! Sending love from cold, rainy Boston. My question is, what’s the most recent “internet hole” you guys have fallen in? By “internet hole” I mean weird thing you’ve found yourself googling late at night for hours. Mine is the mysterious death of Tank Hafertepen, a man in the gay BDSM community in Seattle whose mother thinks he was involved in a sex cult. His birth name was Jack Chapman and he was Australian. The alleged “master” of the sex cult is Dylan Hafertepen, or “Noodles and Beef” online. It’s a very strange and sad story.

2018-11-20 02:12:51 +0000 UTCHey Casey and team, love the show and all the work you guys do! So how did you get into "true crime"? Any cases, TV shows, books, other podcasts, etc, that really got you hooked before deciding to give it a go yourself? I've unfortunately binged all the episodes (more than once) and would love to hear some of of your teams true crime recommendations and Casefile inspirations. Just downloaded the new Golden State Killer book from audible (Evil Has a Name), should be an interesting followup now that they've caught him. Anyways, thanks and take care. Edit: Getting greedy and adding another question... Most interesting (whichever way you choose to define interesting) case you've come across, inuding both ones you've covered or ones you haven't yet? Cheers!
