Adam Walsh would be a great one for Casefile to cover!

2018-07-30 00:15:11 +0000 UTCAny chance of an episode on bendali debs? That guy is sick. Seriously great podcast, I’m addicted and I’ve got many of my friends, family and co workers listening now too.

2018-07-30 00:03:09 +0000 UTCThat I can’t say for sure. It was paperwork found alongside a leather folder and a couple of notebooks. What the paperwork was in relation too - not too sure.

2018-07-30 00:00:18 +0000 UTCDo we know if the papers appeared to come from Beth's house? Or if they were always in Vivien's house? Or what was on the papers?

2018-07-29 23:55:30 +0000 UTCThank you Claire. For Hoddle Street it was right up there in terms of requested cases. We keep a list of all listener requested cases. And Hoddle Street kept re appearing. We had a look at it and thought there was enough there for an episode. So went with it.

2018-07-29 23:53:39 +0000 UTCHi Anthony. I have looked at that one actually. Nothing concrete. But it’s a possible in the future. I hope to get back to having a few Patreon mini sodes. However in recent times we were only just managing to keep up with the release schedule of regular episodes. That’s why Patreon was quiet there for a while. Hopefully in the future we can do a few more again. The RSS feed was the most requested perk we had, so I’m glad we could sort that out. And we are going to do our best to get episodes out at least a day early for patrons.

2018-07-29 23:51:47 +0000 UTCNo not really. Hard to single one out. As so much work goes into all of them.

2018-07-29 23:48:58 +0000 UTCYeah I guess some are confused how Vivienne managed to get Beth’s blood on an item in their spare bedroom. When there was none anywhere else. None In the car Vivienne drove from the crime scene. Could be a logical explanation though.

2018-07-29 23:47:52 +0000 UTCG'day Casey, well done on Hoddle Street. I listened to it over the weekend as I was driving along the very stretch of road where it happened, it was eerie imagining what those poor people went through. I liked that the first half of the episode took the time to explore the killer's background and psychological mindset, although his ultimate justification for why he did what he did simply doesn't stack up. Can I ask what are some of the factors that helped you decide whether the case is worth covering - is it simply because one of your researchers took an interest?

2018-07-29 23:47:41 +0000 UTCHello, firstly casefile is awesome keep up the amazing work! I was wondering if the keddie murders were on your radar as a possible case to cover in the future? And lastly, will we on patreon getting any exclusive episodes soon? Looking forward to what’s coming up :) thanks

2018-07-29 23:46:46 +0000 UTCIs there an episode that you are most proud of? Maybe one that took the most work, or interesting research that you feel came together really well..

2018-07-29 23:43:04 +0000 UTCI listened to the Beth Barnard case: the episode ended with a dramatic revelation about item 23 (papers with blood on them found on bed in Vivien&Fergus spare room, where Fergus retreated during fight with Vivien). The blood on item 23 belonged to Beth. Was this a big deal because people still doubted whether Vivien was involved in Beth's murder despite her DNA on cigarettes in Beth's house? Or is there some larger implication that went over my head?

2018-07-29 23:41:56 +0000 UTCDark Tourist is very interesting. It’s about a guy who goes around engaging in “dark tourism”, which is where people visit sites/things associated with death or bad thing. So like visiting The neighborhood where Pablo Escobar’s ruled over and killed so many people. Never really heard of this phenomenon before so it’s interesting/shocking that people do this.

2018-07-29 23:37:59 +0000 UTCI don’t know the answer. It was possibly mentioned in the book by Vicky Petraitis. But I don’t know for sure.

2018-07-29 23:36:14 +0000 UTCHi 9.30 am Monday in Melbourne. Great episode on Hoddle St. Is it possible to find out the maiden name of Vivienne Cameron in the episode about the unsolved murder of Beth Barnard? I have had no luck trolling the net.

2018-07-29 23:33:36 +0000 UTCI do have Netflix. However my account has been getting very little use lately. The last thing I watched on there was the documentary Icarus about doping in sport. That was good. Any recommendations?
