Grief is the emotional and psychological process experienced following the loss of a loved one. The five stages of grief processing, according to the theory developed by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, are: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These stages are not necessarily linear and everyone may go through them in different ways and at varying times. The grieving process can be long and complex, but it is important to face it in order to heal and find peace.

This series of morphic fields aims to accompany those who are going through the mourning of the loss of a loved one, in order to help them in their processing.

You can use the morphic field that resonates with you the most, or use all of them in succession.

The morphic field I want to present you today aims to address the stages of BARGAINING and DEPRESSION:

I find myself here, still motionless in front of an emptiness that seems impossible to fill. My soul is enveloped in a sadness so deep, as if a piece of me has been ripped away. You have left an indelible mark on my heart and I can't believe you are no longer with me.

The pain that consumes me every day is getting more intense, a void that oppresses my chest. It almost seems unimaginable that life can go on without you, but I know that sadness is part of the process to come to terms with the fact that you're no longer here.

I miss your laughter, your warm smiles, and your reassuring voice that always knew how to calm my anxieties. You were a constant in my life, you were a certainty, and now it feels like I'm navigating unfamiliar waters without a compass.

The memories of you flood my mind incessantly, and each time I am overwhelmed like by stormy waves. I sit amidst my thoughts and your memories seeking comfort, I look at the photos of us together and try to reconnect to those moments of happiness, which now seem so distant.

Your absence is palpable, your memories manage to make me smile and cry at the same time. As hard as it is, I recognize that this sadness I am feeling is essential in processing the grief.

I must go through this phase of mourning and allow my mind and heart to process the emotions.

Looking at myself in the mirror, I see eyes marked with pain but I want to find the strength to keep going. I walk the paths we walked together, hoping to still feel your presence.

I know that somewhere up there, among the clouds, you're watching me, perhaps as sad as I am, but with the hope that I will slowly be able to put back together all my broken pieces.

One day, I don't know when, I will be able to accept not having you by my side. I will understand that sadness cannot erase memories and that your love will continue to live in my heart, guiding me like a beacon through the storm.

But for now, I want to allow myself to feel the weight and be enveloped by the pain of your absence. I hope, in fact, I know, that in the end, with time and the gentleness I will need, I will be able to be reborn and find joy in life, and perhaps then I will be able to carry you with me, remembering with tears in my eyes, but warmth in my heart, the deep affection that distinguished us.

I feel that all this sadness I am feeling is also a tribute to the love we shared, a way to keep your memory alive.

And in this thought, I find the necessary comfort to move forward, day after day, honoring everything we learned together.

Please do not listen while driving, working, etc.

Use when as long as you want. 2-3 Times a day would be good.

Be constant. Listen at least for 10-15 days, but even more and more to see changes . We all are different, and even our subconscious is :)
