Grief is the emotional and psychological process experienced following the loss of a loved one. The five stages of grief processing, according to the theory developed by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These stages are not necessarily linear, and each individual may go through them in different ways and at varying times. The process of grieving can be long and complex, but it is important to face it in order to heal and find peace.
This series of morphic fields aims to accompany those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, to help them in their processing.
You can use the morphic field that resonates most with you, or use them all in succession.
The morphic field I want to present to you today is designed to address the stage of ANGER:
I am here, sitting in front of my bedside table, trying to put into words the emotions that have overwhelmed me since you left. Your sudden departure has unleashed a storm of conflicting feelings within me, and anger seems to have become my most loyal companion.
I still remember that terrible moment when reality collided with the idea of having so much time left together with you. The pain was sharp, piercing, and even today I feel your constant presence in my heart. But along with the pain, anger also arrived.
Anger towards fate, with its cruel way of taking away the people we care about the most. Anger towards time, that keeps moving on without even pausing for a moment to listen to my pain. I am angry with myself, for not telling you everything I wanted to say, for not hugging you tight enough.
Anger is a powerful feeling, burning inside me like an unquenchable flame. It makes me feel alive, but at the same time it makes me feel guilty. Because I know that anger is just a way to hide my pain, to buy time before facing the reality without you.
But now is the time to acknowledge this anger, to accept it as part of me. It is just a phase of this long and tortuous grieving process. I must learn to live with the anger, to channel it in a positive way, to turn it into strength to move forward.
So, today I decide to confront this anger, to look within myself and try to understand it. My anger stems from the deep sadness of not being able to have you by my side, of not being able to see you smile once again. But I know that you wouldn't want to see me filled with hostility and closed off. You would want me to find the strength to keep on living, and to be proud of myself.
Therefore, today, here, in front of this mirror, I promise that I will do my best. Every day, I will try to honor your memory, to carry on your smile in my heart and in my actions. My anger will become a driving force to improve myself, to appreciate every moment that life gives me.
I know that your absence will never completely disappear, but I try to find comfort in the wonderful memories we shared together. They are precious treasures that no anger can ever erase.
I entrust these feelings to these words, hoping that one day they may find peace. That they may teach me to transform anger into love, to find serenity in memory, to continue living with the awareness that your presence will always live on within me.
I miss you, but I know that you are still here, beside me, guiding me through this uncertain life. I will never succumb to this anger, because I know that you are happy only when my heart is at peace.
And so, we will continue to walk together, you in my heart and I in your eternal love.
Please do not listen while driving, working, etc.
Use when as long as you want. 2-3 Times a day would be good.
Be constant. Listen at least for 10-15 days, but even more and more to see changes . We all are different, and even our subconscious is :)
