I'm getting messages and comments about some of you having trouble viewing videos again. For whatever reason this seems to happen from time to time on Patreon with Vimeo videos. It's one of the main reasons I've been prioritizing launching a new platform as quickly as I can.
I reach out to both Patreon and Vimeo every time this happens, and Vimeo says it isn't an issue on their end. Patreon Support is never any help...they just kind of stop answering after a while every time I try to find solutions π (Patreon support is another reason I'm opening a new platform π).
It usually fixes itself after a while from what I've been told (I've never been able to reproduce the issue). But if you're still having issues please try some of these options people have told me worked from them...
If you're on the Patreon App, try using the Patreon Website via your Web Browser.
If you're using Patreon via the Web, try clearing your Browser Cache and History.
Also, if you are someone that was having issues and you did something that worked for you. Please comment below. It may help others.

2024-04-12 13:36:05 +0000 UTCCanβt watch any videos now. I had to use the app because the website just kept saying βprivacy issuesβ but now every video on the app just loads a black screen. So far nothingβs fixed it.
