HUGE THANKS to @strangegrapefruit for explaining to me how to make the outline effect! it's in no way perfect as it's my first attempt in making that kind of thing but again, i'm very grateful to them for the explanation!

- new mesh
- face birthmark category
- uses the same texture as sim's skintone/automatically skin color
- custom thumbnail
- all tags, all LODs
- disabled for random
