Ok, thank you! It just don't make sense to me to give them a general feedback instead of let them read the actual comments... Of course without name and pfp! A communication can't happen this way either. I don't really get it bc there are so many comments which are straight from the heart ( mine included ) and they will never read them. It's not all about the improve... It's about that they know, they are not only faceless voices moaning on the internet, they should know how much they help and matter to us, but only from the original lines we are typing for them. They have no access to the actual comments. Rob is given feedback from the staff who brings it together from the community and their own training to help them improve. At the end of every year an 'appreciation' form is given to the community if they want to send messages to the VAs and a staff member checks it and passes it along. So they get feedback and messages but through multiple levels of staff and Rob, no direct communication :)
