- you had deleted your pledge before Patreon started to charge payments; 

- you pledged in the beginning of October. That means you subscribed for October and rewards will be sent in the beginning of November. In this case you can get  September rewards via pledges, which include October + one previous month rewards of your choice; 

- you declined the payment; 

- the payment hasn't gone through yet.
