Stick(er) Bug Tier Added!

How it works is I'll be building a big sticker pack of YCHs, if you're a member of this tier you can grab one a month at no extra cost from that pack!
Ideally you'd use the same character for each month and end up building a big ol' pack of stickers to express yourself on Telegram and beyond!
I'll also figure out a Patron-Exclusive price for these in Coins so folks can grab them if they want to remain at a different tier. It'll likely be ~6 coins or so per YCH.
