Hello. Time for the progress report. Sorry for not posting any event polls lately, I've got a whole bunch of them that still need to be implemented in the game and it's a bit overwhelming adding more to the backlog. But I'll think of something next week.
So far, I've been mostly working on stuff that I couldn't fit in the second demo, such as Nariko's scene, Vanessa's scenes, something for Josiah and something for Lexx, as well as Monica's actress route scene which, however, might not make it into the game at all — depending on some factors. It's just too time-consuming to make a scene with Blake and three dudes, each render takes forever. I mean, it's worth it in the end, but sometimes you gotta make a choice between one scene and several you can make in the same time frame, you know? This isn't a fun kind of choice but it has to be made. All in all, it does seem like this act will take more than our regular three demos, I'm afraid. Otherwise, it just won't feel satisfying. I don't like to keep people waiting but giving you barely finished product is much, much worse. This is one of the last acts, goddamit, it has to be good!

Besides, with my health condition getting worse and worse, and me having less and less time to work on Shattered, I’m just hoping to finish the game while I still can. Would be very unfortunate to leave Blake’s story without a proper conclusion.
