This is the Rokoko Smartsuit Pro II, a full-body mocap suit that can be used in your bedroom, toilet, kitchen... basically anywhere within WIFI range.
It comes with dozens of sensors to accurately record your movement in 3D, to which you can map it to your 3D characters. I've been dreaming of using something like this for years - any animator knows that hand animating anything can take days or sometimes weeks, even just for 1 scene. Every year I would google something and I would only see things like using your old Kinect to do motion capture or some iPhone app, but now I've discovered this. I recorded the intro animation in 45 seconds. Join me as I do stupid tests like kicking things and dancing alone.
